Leading our Collections Department is Partner, Rudy Gaba, Jr. Mr. Gaba graduated from California State University, San Marcos, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. He received his Juris Doctor from Western State University. In addition to being an admitted attorney in the state of California, as well as the Southern and Central U.S. District Courts of California, he is also a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, the International Association of Commercial Collectors, Inc., the American Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association.
