K.C. Swisher’s formula for success as a litigator is simple: define the evidence, support the case with relevant argument and don’t stop till you win. This tenacious determination to seeking just results for his clients has helped him become a respected attorney both in and out of the courtroom.

Having worked both for the prosecution and the defense, he understands what it takes to be a successful advocate on either side of the aisle. His background includes extensive work in research and discovery, writing and presenting motions, handling deposition, hearings and appeals as well as working in mediation and pre-trial settlement matters. His work has been pivotal in helping clients achieve the results they sought.

K.C. received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. While there he maintained a 4.0 GPA and served on the Student Body Government.
