In his short career as a practicing attorney, Matthew Soleimanpour has managed to
create quite a track record of accomplishments. From working with a member of
congress to champion resident rights, to negotiating liens and settlements for clients
in matters ranging from Products Liability to Construction Defect cases, Matthew has
already become a valuable advocate.

Matthew began his career while still in law school as a legislative correspondent for the
District of Columbia’s Shadow Senator, Paul Strauss. While there he worked to help
move forward the platform of full-voter rights for the district. He drafted testimony
for council and sub-committee hearings, and helped organize events and rallies to bring
attention to the district’s call for full Federal representation.

He then went on to work at several law firms where his tenacity for success and his
passion for his profession allowed him to become adept at all aspects of the practice
of law. Matthew is an accomplished legal writer having drafted countless documents
including motions for discovery, letters of engagement, trial briefs and more. His keen
eye and detail-oriented memory skills have made him excellent at case research and
review. Matthew also prides himself on an ability to make sure all aspects of case
preparation, from exhibit organization to record documentation, are constructed in a
manner that allows for simple presentation that will yield the highest success probability
for his clients.

Matthew’s Bachelor of Arts degree was earned from the University of San Diego in San Diego, California where he was a Dean’s list honoree for four years straight. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Moritz College of Law at Ohio State University. While there, he received a CALI Award for Excellence in Dispute Resolution and was a member of the Chancellor’s list for two years running. Along with a full course load, he also managed to serve two internships. One was with the Metropolitan Corrections Center as the Assistant to the unit’s manager and the other as a consultant and design liaison for an Internet based real estate marketing firm.
