Donald Serafano exemplifies that unique balance between aggressive litigator and
prudent protector. With over a decade of experience in all matters of civil litigation,
Donald has learned exactly what it takes to help a client navigate the complex waters
of case management to obtain the outcome they desire. His ability both in and out
of the courtroom has earned him the mark of respect from his colleagues and peers.
Donald never forgets that his first goal in any matter is to protect his client’s rights and
to make sure a matter is thoroughly resolved to their satisfaction.

Donald has served in several prestigious law firms over the years. He has litigated
matters ranging from construction defect and commercial litigation to receiverships,
personal injury and criminal defense matters. He has been involved in all aspects of
discovery, motion and appeal writing, case analysis, compliance assurance and judgment
enforcement. He is equally comfortable in handling matters in arbitration settings
or in front of a judge or jury.

In addition to his skills as an attorney, Donald has proven himself to be a dynamic
leader by managing the day-to-day operations of large businesses. He was the in-house
General Counsel for a national debt consolidation and bankruptcy company with over
160 employees and 11,000 clients. He was the managing attorney at two law firms
responsible for the oversight of all cases, development of policies and procedures, and
the fiscal accountability of the firm’s attorneys. This included handling a caseload of
over 19,000 matters representing a value of $109 billion.

Donald received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major from the Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, California. He then pursued his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law in Davis, California.
