Mr. Schechter graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Arts degree
in Criminal Justice and a minor in Business Administration. He earned his Juris Doctor
from the California Western School of Law. He has been a member of the State Bar of
California since 1981 and a member of the State Bar of Utah for almost 25 years.
