With an early career emphasis in civil litigation, Lilia acquired hands-on experience and developed a strong knowledge base from various vantage points. This depth of expertise provides a sturdy foundation from which to advocate and protect her client's rights to the fullest extent. By establishing and maintaining open communication, she ensures that her clients are informed about their options at every stage of their legal proceedings. With a fluency in both English and Spanish, Lilia also brings an important augmentation to the Hollins Law commitment to the growing Latino community.

Lilia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of California, in Irvine, California. Outside of studying, she contributed to the university and her fellow students as an elected Legislative Council Member. Supporting her innate passion for the law, she was a Student Advocate for Associated Students of the University of California. In her spare time, she enjoyed being an active member of Delta Delta, a co-ed fraternity with an esteemed record of academic excellence and a history of celebrating multi-cultural diversity. In 2004, Lilia entered the Paralegal Program at the University of California in Irvine and received her Paralegal Certificate. She continued her law education at Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California. While there, she gained valuable experience through extern positions in both civil and criminal law practices. Lilia received her Juris Doctorate in 2009.
