TRIAL PRACTICE AREAS:
Catastrophic Injury

As a college student, Mr. John D. Perkins discovered the importance of keeping an open mind. Since that moment, learning and discovery have been his greatest passions, and as an attorney, these gifts serve him well. He looks at each and every case as an opportunity to not only expand his own knowledge but to help his clients, the jury, and all participants fully explore the facts and motivations in order to achieve a fair and equitable result.

From case investigation and evidence gathering to presentation, Mr. Perkins is relentless in his pursuit of truth to make sure his defense arguments are clear, concise and convincing. Whether a case requires extensive background research, the best in expert testimony, or in-depth investigation, he is committed to "going the extra mile" for his clients.

Facts alone though, do not win a case. Mr. Perkins fully understands the emotional side and nuances of a proper defense strategy, and he works hard to make sure that the people behind the facts stand just as prominent as the facts themselves. By balancing the evidence with the human element, he is able to present the complete picture to the court.

Mr. Perkins earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University and his Juris Doctor from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He has worked as a volunteer for the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Orange County.
