Ann received her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University in Fullerton, California. While attending college, she achieved high academic ranking and earned a spot on the Dean’s List for two consecutive years. She graduated with honors and then went on to study law at the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. She distinguished herself by graduating in the top third of her class and earning her Juris Doctor degree.
