Defended client in mortuary case where the resulting jury award was $16,000 on a $1.5 million claim.
Received a defense verdict for his client in a personal injury lawsuit involving vehicular collision with anticipated spinal injury.
Negotiated settlement in a wrongful death lawsuit to less than 3 percent of the original seven figure damage claim.
Defended a prominent general contractor in a six figure personal injury lawsuit resulting in a jury verdict for the defense.
Obtained a 12-0 jury verdict for the defense of his client named in a personal injury lawsuit where $3.9 million was sought by plaintiff who alleged negligence which led to extensive burn injuries.
