As part of the emerging Generation Y work force, David combines enthusiasm and dedication to his profession with a facility to grasp the importance of new technologies that are reshaping the way we live, work and interact. As businesses and individuals become increasingly networked into an ever growing global community, the ability to engage and utilize the Web, integrated databases and communication technologies becomes increasingly more important for those wishing to succeed; and the legal world is no exception. David understands this new future and fully embraces the possibilities. From research and case preparation to legal motions and proceedings, David uses every tool available to him to make sure his clients have the best possible outcome for success. In a short period, David has acquired a prodigious track record of success. He has been involved in over one hundred trial proceedings. He has also provided litigation support in matters ranging from bankruptcy and civil cases to trust and foreclosure issues. David has argued motions and pleadings in a variety of courtroom settings including the Superior Court of California and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

As an Asian American who is fluent in Cantonese, Chinese and Vietnamese, David is deeply devoted to helping fellow Asian-Rim immigrants achieve success as contributing members to America. As such, he has worked with organizations like the Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center to provide non-English speaking individuals mediation services to resolve disputes and conflicts. David also works within the Asian American community giving presentations and lectures to educate the community on the services that are available to them.

In college, David held a double major in Political Science and International Intercultural Studies with a focus on the Asian Rim countries. With the rapid evolution of the commercial sectors in places like China, Korea, Vietnam and Taiwan, the need for skilled legal counsel and representation to help smooth the way in all areas of business development is growing at breakneck speed. In matters ranging from contract negotiation and trade agreements to copyright and trademark protection, the demand for lawyers who know how to navigate these complicated waters makes David’s expertise a highly-valued commodity.
