Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey and then went on to receive a Juris Doctor degree from the Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. He has been recognized by Who's Who in American and California Law and was elected as one of America's 2000 Most Notable Men in 1991.
