Braden A. Bennett
ASSOCIATE
Braden Bennett’s proactive approach to legal representation exemplifies his unfaltering commitment to his clients’ rights. He believes that there is no substitute for thorough preparation in the legal process. Mr. Bennett identifies and examines key facts, then develops beneficial angles in each case he handles. His skillful analysis of legal nuances optimizes his compelling strategies for efficient and advantageous resolutions. Mr. Bennett began to develop skills in legal research and writing early in his career. As a Law Clerk for the United States Department of Justice, he gained formidable handson experience that continues to imbue his focused advocacy. Mr. Bennett continued his focus on litigation at a top securities litigation firm, where he assisted with complex federal cases. Expanding his career, he turned his expertise to local business as General Counsel for a construction corporation, where he handled contract disputes, employment law and risk management. Mr. Bennett pursued his law education at the University of San Diego School of Law in San Diego, California. His honors include membership on the San Diego Law Review and three scholarships for academic excellence. His enthusiasm for legal advocacy led him to be an esteemed participant in the McLennon Moot Court Competition. Mr. Bennett earned his Juris Doctor in May of 2009. Prior to his law studies, Mr. Bennett graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California. While there, he was a recipient of one of their highest honors: The Order of Troy, exemplifying excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, community and public speaking skills. Mr. Bennett, a Dean’s List member, also was an officer in The Order of Omega, an academic honor society with high standards for inter-fraternity leadership. Mr. Bennett’s characteristic abilities to guide others to success garnered him the positions of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity Social Chair and then President.
