Chelsea Hollins is one of the youngest members of the firm’s litigation team. Her age
though belies a depth of experience very few of her peer attorneys have been able to
acquire. Where most hopeful litigators begin to pursue their career after obtaining their
Juris Doctorate, Ms. Hollins began her pursuit for excellence in her field as a freshmen
in college. She served as a litigation clerk throughout her college years during which
time she gained practical and real-world experience in the management and effective
defense of clients from a broad spectrum of legal needs. Ms. Hollins continued to work
with the law firm right up until she received her Juris Doctorate in 2015. Not only did
this experience serve her well as she entered into law school, it also made her the perfect
candidate to join the Hollins Law team since the seven years she served had been with
Hollins Law. The professional mentoring she had received during that period as well as
the values and disciplines gained working in the firm’s culture and ethos of integrity and
fearless advocacy allowed her to hit the ground running the moment she received her law
degree.

During her time as a litigation clerk, Ms. Hollins acted as a liaison between the primary
attorneys and their clients. She also managed the creation and monitoring of the firm’s
court calendar, formalizing legal documents for filing, and preparing exhibits for trial.
As the practice of law began to move into the digital age, Ms. Hollins also assisted in the
implementation of the firm’s paperless system for pending court cases.

Because of her experience working with Hollins Law, Ms. Hollins has already developed
a very solid core value base and work ethic that underpins her approach to helping
her clients achieve the best outcome possible. Key to this is a continued dedication to
keeping abreast of the changes in law as it pertains to her areas of practice. In addition,
Ms. Hollins believes in a thorough understanding of a client’s matter through complete
investigation of the facts as well as a comprehensive grasp of the client’s business and
personal expectations. Finally, she makes sure the motives and the potential strategies of
her opponent have been fully investigated. As Ms. Hollins puts it, “Know the facts, know
the law, know the opposition, and just get it done.”

Ms. Hollins received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from
the University of California in Riverside, California. She continued on to earn her Juris
Doctor from Western State College of Law in Fullerton, California.
